Furniture:
Lead Time:
Ordered products can take up to 2 weeks to manufacture and up to 6 weeks in peak seasons.
Custom products can take up to 6 weeks to manufacture and up to 8 weeks in peak seasons.
We do however endeavour to limit the above time periods.
Pricing:
All pricing includes vat.
All pricing excludes delivery fee’s.
All pricing is based on Std white.
A deposit of 70% is required for any stock ordered.
Delivery:
We will communicate the delivery times and dated via email or sms.
Delivery charges are based on volume and dimensions.
Most items are disassembled but instructions are given for installation.
Should you require the set up / assembly to be done for you, we can arrange for this to be done at an additional fee.
Return / refund policy:
Should you wish to return a product to us, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery. Please notify us via email / in writing and we will refund you or replace the product within 30 days of receipt of your notification. The product must be returned to us before any refunds can be entertained. We do not refund the delivery fees or set up fees. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging and must not be damaged in any way or form. If the item is not resalable we will then deduct up to 60% of the purchase price. We cannot refund or exchange self-assembly items if they have been assembled, unless there is a manufacturer defect or faulty in any way.
The Consumer Protection Act stipulates warranties of up to 6 months for manufacturing defects but not in the case of negligence on the part of the customer or general wear and tear.
A 15% fee will be charged on all returns or cancellations. We cannot refund or exchange self-assembly items if they have been assembled, unless they are faulty or have manufacturer defects.
Colours:
These colours are charged at a higher price. Please contact us for these prices for your specific requirement.
Blue, Mahogany, Dusted Moss, Snow Pea, Grey, Dove Grey, Fushcia, Stone wash, Yellow, Storm, Orange, Chilli, Pink.
Should there be a specific colour you would prefer let us know and we will try our best to source it for you.
Synthetic Turf:
Our lead time is roughly 2-3 weeks. During the summer months this can increase to 4-6 weeks.
We offer Supply and full install or supply only. The warranty on the turf is up to 6 years (depends on the chosen option) and 1 year installation warranty. We also offer cobble border installations where needed. We don’t recommend self-install unless you are fully aware of the installation procedures. No warranty is given when the product is installed personally.
We only use Belgotex Duraturf products. No deviation to this will be possible. We have found the Belgotex range to be the best quality on the market.
All quotes given via email is subject to site survey / inspection.
